Our early years program is based on the Montessori method. From Grade 1 to Grade 5, we follow the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) as a candidate school.

Children aged 15 months and above may apply to the Montessori program.
For Grade 1, children must typically be 6 years old by March 31st of the academic year they are entering.

Montessori – Infant Section (below 3 years):
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Montessori – 3 to 6 years:
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Friday)

Grades 1 to 5 (IB PYP):

Students in Grades 1 to 5 engage in a transdisciplinary curriculum that integrates the following subject areas:

Language (English literacy and communication)
Mathematics
Units of Inquiry (UOI) – Integrating Science, Social Studies, and other disciplines
Physical Education (PE)
Performing Arts (Music, Dance, and Drama)
Visual Arts
Information and Communication Technology (ICT / Computers)
French (as an additional language)

These subjects are explored through the lens of inquiry and conceptual understanding, encouraging students to make meaningful connections across disciplines and the world around them.

Yes, students at Casa D’éducation are required to wear a school uniform. Our uniform is designed to be comfortable, practical, and aligned with the school’s identity and values.

Montessori students may wear civilian clothes for regular school days but are required to purchase and wear the designated sports uniform for physical education activities.
Students in Grades 1 to 5 are required to purchase both the daily wear uniform and the PE (Physical Education) uniform.

All uniforms will be available for purchase directly at the school for your convenience.

Montessori students do not require textbooks.

For Grades 1 to 5, textbooks are required and will be available for purchase at the school.

The full fee structure and payment details can be obtained by contacting the Admissions Office. We are happy to walk parents through the breakdown of tuition and other applicable charges.

Children are required to bring their own snacks and lunch from home.
However, a school canteen is available, offering a variety of freshly prepared, age-appropriate meal options for purchase. Parents may choose to use this service as needed.

The academic year at Casa D’éducation typically begins in September and concludes in June.

The school year is divided into three terms, with short breaks between terms and longer holidays in December and during the summer.
A detailed calendar, including term dates, holidays, events, and parent-teacher meetings—is shared with all families at the beginning of the year.

At Casa D’éducation, we value open and ongoing communication with parents. Once per term, written progress updates are shared with parents, covering each child’s development across social, emotional, physical, and academic areas.
In addition, parent–teacher meetings are scheduled for each year group, giving families the opportunity to meet one-on-one with teachers to discuss student progress and set goals collaboratively.
